Q: What abilities do ALL of these guardians have?
    A: Guardian servitors have a basic set of abilities which are common to all of them. These include shielding (both defensive and to prevent input overloads), counter-attack (unless otherwise specified), and a large store of magickal knowledge. This means that they can cast a variety of different types of spells on demand.

    Q: How intelligent are they?
    A: Their specific intelligence level varies, but all of them are sentient and capable of learning, and all have a full range of emotions, and individual personalities. Some are extremely intelligent, while others may not be brilliant, but are still quite capable.

    Q: Will my guardian love me?
    A: They will love, wish to serve, and completely obey their owner.

    Q: What kind of magickal knowledge could they have?
    A: They know some of what their creator knows. This includes information from a wide variety of world religions and magickal systems, a few of which include the Kabbalah, Keys of Solomon, Santeria, Angelic magic, goetia, and many folk-magick systems. Not all guardians will have all magickal lore, but all will have a fair library of it.

    Q: What happens if the jewelry breaks?
    A: If the stone is broken into a few pieces, the guardian will remain with the power source in the largest piece. If the stone is completely shattered, the power source may be damaged, and the guardian may need to be directed to a new source of power. The guardian will remain with the owner, if this should happen.

    Q: What is your Return Policy?
    A: I do not accept returns at this time. I will replace an item with a similar one if it arrives damaged--simply take a photo for verification.

    Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
    A: Domestic orders are usually shipped within 10 business day after payment is received, by first class mail, so should arrive within 6 to 30 days. Orders will take longer to arrive at international destinations, and that is dependent on the distance, and the carrier.  During times of high order volumes, such as after sales or holidays, it may take long for us to fill orders, since items are created on demand.  Delays of up to three weeks are possible, after sales - longer delays are rare.

    Q: Will I be able to see the guardian?
    A: These guardians servitors are spirit entities. If you normally see spirits, you will be able to see them--if you do not, then you probably will NOT be able to see them. Real magickal and psionic effects are USUALLY subtle. Do not expect objects to fly around, people to become your mind-slave on request, or gold coins to rain from the sky, either.

    Q: Other people have spirits that can grant all wishes and make me more attractive and rich. Why can't yours?
    A: Ours are real.

    Q: It says this guardian may have healing ability, can it cure me?
    A: Assume the answer to that is "no". We don't make medical claims for our guardians. They are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical or psychiatric care. Psychic healing is not reliable enough for those kinds of claims to be made, and it would not be legal for us to make them. "May" and "can" are not the same thing.

    Q: Are the gemstones used in the jewelry you sell genuine?
    A: I have absolutely no idea, and won't pretend that I do. I sell these items by the names my suppliers sold them to me by. I'm not a professional rockhound, and I don't know how to spot all the fakes. We can bond a guardian to most materials, though some are more difficult. If you see an item that you can ID as a fake gem, let me know right away, and we'll change the label on it promptly.

    Q: Can you add an ability to a guardian I have purchased?
    A: We do not add abilities to guardians that have already been created, as this has the potential to affect their mind--they have already begun to learn new things at that point. If you wish to have a guardian with a specific ability, you must either purchase a guardian with that ability, or, if we are offering them at the time, a custom guardian.

    Q: Can you transfer my guardian to a new stone?
    A: We offer inexpensive replacement stones - check our other items section.  We must have the item in our possession to transfer the guardian to it, because a new power source link has to be created in the stone.  We generally recommend doing this only if the original stone is lost or broken.
