Replacement stones and pendants.
If you have purchased a guardian stone or pendant from us in the past, and something catastrophic has happened to the stone, we can transfer the guardian to a new stone for you. This is best done when the new stone is in our possession, but you will not need to send the broken one back to us. We do not transfer guardians unless their original stone has broken.
These items are for personal guardians only, of any type, but not for house or automobile guardians.
We're making replacement stones and jewelry available for this purpose, inexpensively, so you can have your existing guardian in a new, unbroken piece of jewelry or stone
You may also purchase the jewelry just as jewlery, without transferring a guardian to it.
Note: Natural stone often has inclusions or marks which make each item made from it unique. Some of these may show up in the photos, while others may be too small or faint to be visible. We have noted that sometimes the cement bonding the posts to the stones on pendants will loosen with extreme temperature changes. If the post comes loose from your jewelry, it can be easily cemented back in place using a craft cement made for metal and stone. We check the posts before they go out, but can't protect them from temperature extremes during shipment. The metal parts can be fixed or replaced if they should ever break.
We can change out snap bails for an appropriately-colored split-ring bail on childrens' items upon request, at no extra charge. If you would like a silver-colored split-ring bail on another item, simply purchase one of the bails from our Accessories area. Just let us know after you purchase the item which pendant you would like the ring bail attached to (if any). Snap bails are standard on most of the pendants we use, and are an attractive choice for light pendants worn on thinner chains and cords. Split-ring bails are suitable for heavier pendants, and those that are worn on heavier chains and cords. View the photos of the item to see what type of bail the pendant comes with.
